We are looking for a residential support worker for approximately 75-100% with start date according to agreement.
Work in the evenings and weekends may occur.
Sympati AB provides high-quality residential support services to over 850 individuals in Stockholm City, Solna City, and Lidingö.
In addition to education in social work or healthcare, we appreciate if you have the ability to work independently, are empathetic and communicative, and have a pedagogical approach with the ability to motivate others. We also prefer that you have experience working in psychiatry or LSS. Additional language skills beyond Swedish and English are desirable.
You will primarily work in City-Northwest.
